Upload Requirements

To ensure the best possible print quality, please review the following guidelines before uploading your artwork:

• Artwork must be 300 DPI resolution for optimal print results.
• Minimum line thickness must be 2 pt.
• Upload artwork at the exact size you want it printed. We do not resize or adjust artwork.
• Files must have a transparent background.
• Use high-quality, print-ready files. Low-resolution or pixelated artwork will result in poor print quality.
• Accepted file formats: .AI, .EPS, and .PNG.
• Translucent or semi-transparent elements may not print as intended and will not be adjusted by default.
• Upload files in the correct orientation and ensure artwork is not mirrored or reversed.

Important: All files are printed exactly as submitted. We do not inspect, edit, resize, or modify artwork before printing. Please carefully review your files prior to placing your order. If you need assistance or your gang sheet needs editing, please purchase the Gang Sheet Service item (additional item). This service IS NOT INCLUDED in the purchase of a gang sheet. 

Processing Time

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Production times are estimated at 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Larger orders may require additional processing time. Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, or peak seasons.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping transit times are separate from production times.

Once your order leaves our facility, estimated shipping times are:

• 
  Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
  
• 
  Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (if available)
  

Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Order Deadlines

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  
• 
  Returned packages due to address errors
  
• 
  Additional shipping charges required to resend packages
  

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If an issue occurs, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Application Settings

• Temperature: 300°F - 320°F
• Pressure: Medium to firm pressure
• Press Time: 10-15 seconds

Care Instructions

• Wait 24 hours before washing.
• Wash garments inside out in cold water.
• Use mild detergent.
• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
• Do not use bleach.
• Do not iron directly on the design.
• Do not dry clean.

Important Notice

Heat presses vary by brand and model. Test settings before large production runs, as slight adjustments to temperature, pressure, and pressing time may be necessary.
